A WARM WELCOME FROM
DR KASIA MARNEROS

Principle Psychologist of Mind Matters NQ, Townsville

From the moment I could spell the word psychologist, I knew this was what I wanted to do with my life. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families in Townsville, supporting them through life’s challenges and celebrating their growth along the way.

What I’ve learned is simple yet powerful: you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, evidence-based tools, and a supportive space where you can explore your challenges, clarify your goals, and discover solutions that truly fit your needs.

I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a down-to-earth style. I believe that real change happens when we collaborate, stay curious, live authentically and approach life’s difficulties with honesty and care. Every day, my greatest joy comes from seeing people take steps, big or small, toward feeling more empowered, understood, and in control of their lives.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about connecting with my community and nurturing growth, curiosity, and resilience in all areas of life. My mission is simple: to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to thrive.
