A WARM WELCOME FROM DR KASIA MARNEROS
Clinical Psychologist and Principal Psychologist of Mind Matters NQ, Townsville
From the moment I could spell the word Psychologist, I knew that this was what I wanted to do with my life and I have continued to have the same level of enthusiasm, passion and drive as I did on the first day I began practicing in the field.
While working as a psychologist within the Townsville community for the last fifteen years, I have learned that the best approach to therapy is the grounded view that you, the client, are the expert in your life and that my role is to support you achieving your goals of therapy. My aim, with your guidance, would be to explore your difficulties using evidence-based approaches to therapy. My working style is down to earth, dynamic, empathetic and flexible. I take an active role in therapy and in our collaborative work together. My sincere aim is to see improvements in the areas of your life that you seek to change. My goal is to support you in clarifying your challenges, so that we can work towards the solutions that best suit your needs.
