These therapies include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy. INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual Therapy is a collaborative process between you and your therapist that aims to identify your therapeutic goals and provide options and support in implementing solutions. This process is directed by you, which means you determine the most effective means of facilitating change. Our Psychologists will provide you with a safe, caring and confidential environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, memories and future goals.

COUPLES THERAPY
Couples Therapy aims to improve relationships in those areas identified by the couple as impacting on their happiness and connection. Often relationship issues stem from problems with poor communication, trust, intimacy, a chronic negative and/or defensive dynamic and differing expectations. Our Psychologists will help you identify relationship difficulties and work with you towards practical solutions.

FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy supports people in families and close relationships to help each other. It aims to assist family members express and explore difficult thoughts and feelings, while building a better understanding of each others' views, experiences and needs. Family Therapy can be helpful in supporting families to develop new dynamics and find solutions moving forward.
